Order online here. You can create an order and select from NDIS Portal Claim, Bank Deposit or NDIS Plan Managed as your payment method.

Alternatively you can complete the purchase instantly by making a payment via Credit Card, Paypal or Afterpay.

We will email you a tax invoice with your order confirmation which can be downloaded at your convenience. You can use this tax invoice for proof of purchase, to claim back funds or to send to an accounts department for payment.

I am under the guidance of a Plan Manager

If you are Plan Managed simply discuss with your Plan Manager and agree with them about your request. Then ask your Plan Manager to give authority to proceed and they can choose from:

1. Create your own invoice - Emailed direct to you
Order online here. You can create an order and select NDIS Plan Managed as your payment method.

Alternatively you can complete the purchase instantly by making a payment via Credit Card, Paypal or Afterpay.

We will email you a tax invoice with your order confirmation which can be downloaded at your convenience. Your Plan Manager can use this tax invoice to make a bank deposit and/or claim the funds from your plan.

My funds are managed directly by the NDIA (not a Plan Manager)

If you would like us to claim for a NDIA/Agency Managed participant through the portal, you can choose from:

1. Create your own invoice - Emailed direct to you
Order online here. Please ensure you provide the participant Name, Participant number, Date of Birth and Budget in the notes section provided.

Then select "NDIS Portal Claim" as your payment method. Too easy!
