Alternatively you can order online here. Your order confirmation will have a tax invoice available to download as a pdf. You can 'pay now' with credit card or select bank deposit. The bank deposit details are on your tax invoice.

I am organising an NDIS Portal Claim for an Agency Managed participant

If you would like us to claim for an NDIS Agency managed participant through the portal, please complete our NDIS Portal Claim Order Form

I am a Self Managed NDIS Participant

If you have a NDIS self-managed plan, you order from our website and then claim back through the NDIS MyPlace Portal. We will email you a tax invoice which can be downloaded at your convenience. To purchase simply visit our product page here.
Alternatively you can request an invoice for payment by filling out our Self Managed NDIS Participants Order Form

I am under the guidance of a Plan Manager

If you are plan managed simply discuss and agree with them about your request. Then ask your Plan Manager to give authority to proceed and they can either:

Option A - Order online via our order form - Request an invoice for payment
Please ask your Plan Manager to fill out our Invoice Request Order Form

We will organise the order and once confirmed - an invoice will be sent via email. When payment has been made by your Plan Manager, they can email the remittance to info@dawn-clocks.com

Once payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (stock availability dependent)

Option B - Order online - Select bank deposit payment
The Plan Manager can go to our product page here. They can enter in the relevant billing and shipping details, follow the prompts and select bank deposit as the payment method.
Once confirmed - an invoice will be sent via email for payment.

When payment has been made by your Plan Manager, they can email the remittance to info@dawn-clocks.com Once payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (stock availability dependent)
