Is your plan self-managed?

If you have a NDIS self-managed plan, you can purchase a Dawn Clock from our website and then claim back through the NDIS MyPlace Portal. We will email you a tax invoice which can be downloaded at your convenience. To purchase simply visit our product page here.

Is your plan agency managed?

We are currently approved in ACT, NT, QLD, TAS, VIC and WA. If you are a participant in these states and territories you will need to get your coordinator to approve and ensure you can purchase a Dawn Clock from your plan (NB: for direct claiming by Dawn Clocks via the MyPlace Portal you will need to have funds allocated in Capital Supports – Assistive Technology – Comms & Info Equipment i.e we are only able to process claims for plans with funds allocated in our product approval category).

If so, please email info@dawn-clocks.com with the following:

  • Participants full name
  • NDIS number - Date of birth
  • Budget category
  • Support budget
  • Budget line item number
  • Delivery contact details including name, street address, phone and email address and any additional instructions for the courier.

If you are an agency managed participant in NSW or SA, please check with your NDIS contact. If you have funds allocated in Capital supports, then we can issue an invoice for you to request payment to us. We are in the process of registering in these states.

Is your plan under the guidance of a Plan Manager?

If you are plan managed simply discuss and agree with them about your request. Then ask your Plan Manager to give authority to proceed and they can either:

Option A.
Purchase the clock via our website The Plan Manager can go to our product page here.

They can enter in the relevant billing and shipping details, follow the prompts and select bank deposit as the payment method Once confirmed - an email will be sent with a downloadable pdf for payment When payment has been made by your Plan Manager, they can email the remittance to info@dawn-clocks.com

Once payment has cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (stock availability dependent)

Option B.
Purchase the clock via email Ask your Plan Manager to email the relevant billing and shipping details, including any instructions for delivery, to info@dawn-clocks.com.

We will organise the order and once confirmed - an email will be sent with a downloadable pdf for payment When payment has been made by your Plan Manager, they can email the remittance to info@dawn-clocks.com
