You can either press the left button on the remote or alternatively you can press the left button on the side of the clock

The below instructions are for using the remote. If using side of clock press Menu instead of Exit/Setup.

1. Press Exit/Setup and press down until you get to "Set Custom Reminder" - press OK
2. Select a reminder and press OK

Within each reminder you change the settings as follows:

Set Time for custom reminder:

1. Select Set Time and press OK
2. Press up and down to change the hour, press across to change the minutes.
   To change AM/PM keep pressing the hour until you reach the time in AM/PM.  
3. Press OK to exit this setting or Exit/Setup button to return to the main menu

Set Date for custom reminder

1. Select Set Date and press OK
2. Press the up and down buttons to change date/ month/year using the across arrow to navigate across.
3. Press OK to exit this setting or Exit/Setup button to return to the main menu

Set Frequency for custom reminder

1. Select Frequency option and press ok
2. Press up and down to select Day and press OK to select/deselect. Multiple days can be selected.
3. Press Exit/Setup button to exit the setting. Press again to return to the main menu

Set Reminder for custom reminder

1. Press OK to toggle the reminder ON/OFF
2. Press up/down to edit another setting or Exit/Setup to return to the main menu

Customise reminder text

1. Press OK on 'Customise'
2. Press the arrows to navigate to each letter you want to spell the word/sentence. Press OK to select a letter.
3. Once completed press the down arrow to "Done" and select OK
4. Press up/down to edit another setting or Exit/Setup to return to the main menu
