The dates provided below are for Parcel Post items being sent to/from metro locations and collected by one of our trucks or vans and taken directly to our processing facility. Allow additional time for items sent outside metro areas.
For Parcel Post items lodged over the counter, there is a 2.30pm cut-off time.

Other destinations
Depending on where you’re sending items from, when sending to the destinations below, items need to be sent between the following dates for the best chance of arrival in time for Christmas.
Due to changes in third-party carrier (sea freight) shipping schedules, Parcel Post services to Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island will require the use of Express Post in order for items to arrive by Christmas. Please note, some items such as large freight and dangerous goods may not be suitable for transport via air. Please review the classifications for dangerous goods or requirements for Express Post.
Parcel Post is still available for sending items to Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island, however items will not arrive before Christmas.
Any articles that were sent as Parcel Post to Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island up to close of business 27 October 2025 will be sent by air freight, if necessary, to arrive by Christmas Day.

Standard Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders valid addresses in Australia.
Estimates:
- Delivered within 6 working days to Metro areas
- Delivered within 7 working days to non-Metro areas
- Delivered within 14 working days to rural areas
- Delivery is Monday to Friday
Shipping for New Zealand customers will be calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping
For retail order being delivered to valid addresses in Australia we offer:
- Express shipping for $10 AUD for orders up to $199.99
- FREE Express shipping for orders $200 AUD and over
Note: Free express shipping for orders over $200 does not apply to bulk orders or wholesale/reseller customers due to courier delivery requirements.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

- Dispatched within 24 hours
- Delivered within 2 working days to metro areas and within 3 working days to the rest of the country

Shipping and delivery times
Orders placed before 9:00am AEST will be dispatched the same business day (Mon-Fri). You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
All orders received after 9:00am AEST (Mon-Fri) or on the weekend, will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
Please note we dispatch from Kahibah NSW Australia 2290. Delivery may take longer to some rural areas, such as the Northern Territory and Western Australia, so please consider this when choosing your delivery option.

Customs Import Duties and Taxes for New Zealand
Orders may be shipped from international distribution centres and may be subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes assessment. If assessed, all applicable import duties and taxes, and/or carrier-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. These additional charges will be presented upon delivery of the goods and not during checkout, the fee will be collected from the recipient by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery Parcels containing goods above NZD $199 in value are subjected to customs import duties and/or taxes. Parcels containing goods of lesser value are not subject to any import duties and/or taxes.
